Frequently asked questions

Which places does it cover? Italy only: the map from above works anywhere in Italy, and the curated places are all Italian. Place names stay in Italian, as on the road signs.

How do I use it? In the app, the “?” at the top of each screen opens the guide for that screen; the Archive has the whole guide.

How do I change the language? In the Archive, under “Lingua · Language”: Automatic follows the phone's language.

I bought the full version on another phone. In the Archive, under “Full version”, tap “Restore purchase” with the same Apple account.

The lines don't appear from the ground. In live mode the lines only appear when the outline of the mountains fits the one computed from the terrain: frame the ridges against the sky and hold the phone still for a couple of seconds. Live mode isn't available at the seaside yet: use “Your photos”.

There's no signal in the mountains. Before you set off, download the place to your phone in “Places”.

Where do the data come from? From Italian and European public bodies, under their licences: every screen credits them in “Info”.
